Our stay at Remal beach resort was nothing short of perfect, especially with the Posh Club booking and the amazing accommodation by Bebo! All staff were very professional and made us feel at home and really taken care of. The pool was well heated and the jacuzzi water managed and looked-after every day! Great live music at night and i enjoyed the more private tranquility of the resort. Would definitely want to go back for an all inclusive escape!

One of the best resorts i have stayed at. The best service and top notch staff make your stay memorable. Hospitality is top of the chart with the most courteous staff who are always there to help and address all your needs. Everyone keeps asking if your stay is comfortable and how can they help to make it more comfortable. I would love to come back here and spend more days. I recommend it to my fellow travelers.

First off the staff is wonderful, especially kitchen staff and cleaning service. The downfall of this place is the deceit by the management. When you pay for an all inclusive stay you expect there to be few restrictions. The pool and beach facilities arent open past sunset, they advertise five pools but really only two are sizable enough for adults. No free ride to/from the airport, and the restaurants on site all require reservation though when you try to book it says fully booked when they look semi empty all night! Other than the management flaws we really enjoyed our stay and the food and cockstails were pretty good too. The reef is right there so the swimming was amazing and I would reccomend this place for a quiet beach getaway.

Late Check-in took 2 hours and the room had an issue with the electricity that took some time to be fixed. Few staff members were unprofessional and spoke inappropriate Arabic words to the foreign guests. The buffet selection didn't change for the whole 5 nights and the food from the set menu of the other restaurants doesn't match the description.

Overall fine place to stay. The room was clean but very sparsely furnished with random pieces that all seemed secondhand. All-inclusive doesn’t mean all-inclusive. You must pay for alcohol after 5pm, which is dumb and weird. Food was okay, but not great. And not ready on time. Check-in took longer than any other check-in I think I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly.

Great Hotel - Wonderful Staff !!!

Great Holiday !!! Staff did all they could to make our stay enjoyable, too many good people to mention Amr, Ahmed, Mohammed just to name a few. Animation Team equally as good especially Anastasia & Sofia. Best Hotel Reef we have ever stayed at (and we have done a few in this area) - you can tell by the amount of boat trips that moor up near the hotel's pontoon. Great food at the A la carte restaurants and the kids loved the food menu served at the beach bar. Will definitely go back !!!!

Da vi kom til hotellet, hadde de åpenbart ikke oppdaget bestillingen som var gjort to måneder i forveien. Det tok derfor lang tid å sjekke inn. Vi fikk tildelt det jeg tror er det verste rommet i hele hotellet. Fugemasse var klint utover flisene på badet. Veggfliser var ikke rene. Dette klaget jeg på, og det skulle rettes med det samme. Det ble ikke gjort. Så oppdaget jeg at vi ikke hadde balkong i motsetning til de andre rommene. Vi hørte alle pip fra sikkerhetskontrollen ved inngangen. Når jeg slapp ut vannet fra badekaret, flommet det opp fra en sluk i golvet. Dette skulle de fikse, men neste dag skjedde det samme igjen. Wi-fi fra rommet var veldig ustabilt. Jeg angrer på at jeg ikke klagde mer for å få byttet rom. Men, alle de negative tingene skjedde over tid. Derfor bare godtar vi. På den andre side var betjeningen svært hyggelige. Dette var spesielt alle som jobbet på spisestedene og renholdspersonalet. Vi følte oss godt ivaretatt av dem. Hotellets design og lay-out var veldig bra. Spesielt likte jeg buffet-restauranten. Det var fine korallrev utenfor hotellet. Og maske og snorkel jeg leide der, fungerte bra. Wi-fi I fellesområdene fungerte bra. Det vi imidlertid ikke likte, var selgerne hos Blue Lagoon. Selgerne der hadde åpenbart en konflikt vi som gjester ble dratt inn i. Dette bør ledelsen på hotellet rydde opp i.

Bene, ma non benissimo

Esperienza nel complesso positiva. Albergo fronte spiaggia con barriera corallina. Cucina internazionale di qualità appena sufficiente. Attenzione a chiedere vetture con autista o transfert all'albergo costano molto più della media e nel mio caso nonostante avessi pagato andata e ritorno, per tornare e al Resort ho dovuto prendere un taxi, pagando, ovviamente la corsa.
