Filthy room and bathroom. The power went off around 11pm then I went to reception which took me about 15 mins to wait because nobody is at the desk . They powered our room on but in the middle of the night, the AC turned off . So we slept without airconditioning 😖. We were too tired to get up to solve the issue.

Avoid at all cost

Absolutely filthy hotel, I have not had such a bad experience in my life. The bed was not changed, the floors not mopped and the bathroom was absolutely revolting. I had my room changed, but had to request a change of sheets, new towels and a clean. This was done quickly but the ingrained dirt could not be shifted. Breakfast was a joke, one whole tomato and a cucumber, 2 hard boiled eggs in shells and a few orientalist breads plus inedible cold meat ticked at the reception in a box for me to pick up at prearranged time. I moved to a different hotel and arranged for a refund as paid directly at the hotel but it’s been over a week now and I have not had the refund come through- the hotel confirmed I did not need to be there in person to process the refund.

Assolutamente da EVITARE

Assolutamente da evitare, in primis hanno detto che la prenotazione NON esisteva, poi che la camera NON era disponibile, ma io avevo prenotato un mese prima... Infine ho dovuto chiamare la polizia turistica e così dopo una lunga notte passata alla reception, in presenza del comandante mi hanno restituito il costo della notte di cui non ho usufruito... Consegnata la chiave e recatami in camera, la stessa è stata ripulita in mia presenza, per dire ripulita tant'è che sono stata costretta a comprare lenzuola e cuscini, per fortuna avevo portato le asciugamani... E mi fermo qui...
