My stay at the hotel was unfortunately not comfortable. I felt that the staff were not cooperative at all and seemed to make things more difficult instead of helping the guests. The receptionist also behaved in a very unprofessional way, using inappropriate language with guests, assuming they didn’t understand his language. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t repeat it.

you have to pay extra for internet which wouldn't be as bad if it actually worked throughout the hotel. wifi didn't work anywhere except directly at reception which is INSANE, there is zero wifi in the room at all, so you pay for nothing really, there is a reason it is priced so cheap beware

4th September monthly stay

We treat ourselves to a stay once a month. The hotel always gives excellent service and outstanding value for money. If you don’t like walking or steps then this isn’t for you but other than that it’s great. We will be back in October

Thanks at all one

The stay was excellent, from the first reservations manager, Mr. George, to the youngest people in the building, Chef Mohamed, Chef Ahmed, and all the chefs. Frankly, the utmost kindness and respect, the utmost politeness, and upscale treatment. I highly recommend it. It is a respectable and large hotel, and all its employees are very respectful.

Resort pulito e si mangia bene cucina italiana piscina grande e Aqua park pulita ci anche tutti tipi di caffè gratis tutto giorno .. Solo due cose non mi piace non si può entrare taxi dentro resort e l'altra cosa e guardia di l'entrata te chiedono Uni volta dove vai da dove arrivi.......

Tek büyük yatak istemiştik, bunu ısrarla istememize rağmen komi iki yatağı yan yana getirip böyle yatın dedi,. Çarşaflar çok pisti, birinde resmen dışkı vardı, duş kum içindeydi, gece çok sivrisinek vardı, odayı ilaçlayıp yarım saat dışarda bekledik. ortak tuvaletler çok çok pis. Otel dolayısı ile eşyalar da eski, içecekler, özellikle alkollü içecek yok gibi, küçük naylon bardakta bira veriyorlar, bir de kokteyl var, bir kez denediktan sonra bir daha içmiyorsunuz. olumlu yanları da var; personel iyi niyetli ama eğitimsiz, manzara güzel, merkezden çok uzak ama akşam en azından ücretli bir servis var.

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil est froid, le personnel pas du tout souriant, comme si on les dérange. Les chambres veuillent surtout les salles de bains, ça mérite un minimum de rénovation. des fois on a pas eu d'eau pour se doucher. La restauration est à la même tous les jours, et malheureusement pas variée. Les piscines sont sympas, mais ça se voit que c'est négligé. Vraiment dommage parce que c'est un hotel avec un bon potentiel. On a passé des nuits blanches à cause des moustiques, c'est horrible. Dernier point: c'est l'hôtel le plus loin du centre, donc à éviter si vous souhaitez sortir plus souvent.
