The hotel is very reasonable in price, the décor is.nice and friendly staff and the food was good. my check in at 5am was difficult for there was no record of my arrival so had to be going through emails to find the information on my booking.

Unprofessional managers at All levels ! Unpleasant manner and culture. Overworked and underpaid staff which will have impact on their behaviour towards guests ! It was obvious that staff do their job for survival!! I experienced many bad behaviour at all levels. The Only reason I stayed was that hotel wD almost empty and the quality of their room was better than the neighboring hotels.

Cheap hotel

Don't expect too much as this hotel is budget. You get a lot for the money you pay. There is a free transfer to the beach. Clean towels and bedding, but the cleaning of the rooms are not very good.

Worst experience ever

I wasted two weeks of my holiday, so I'm not going to waste much on this review. Hotel was bad in any level but worse yet the people make me feel like I am in the middle of hyenas that each of them is trying to rip you off.I'll never go back. I spend two weeks in miserable place. They will try to rip you off at least 5 times higher the price than usual I don't want to waste time on this anymore bye bye Egypt

Everything was oerfect

Nice hotel, very clean and staff very accommodating. Towels supplied to use around the pool or to the beach. Laundry service available. Free bus to a choice of two beaches. It is a very central location for shopping, restaurants and bars.

bad experience but good condition of room

Room condition was good, nice swimming area. food was fine. but we had difficulty to take a room as they want us an extra money. One receptionist was indeed kind and friendly as he tried to sort problem out but old guy tried to get extra money and try to make a problem with us as we booked through hotels.com with right number of people and room. I would not go again.

Good location but bad services

Its my third day in this hotel , and I'm so disappointed for this experience as they are asking me for extra fees for full package of all inclusive although i had reserved all inclusive deal and paid in full online with mentioned request of all package of all inclusive with no feedback from responsible person!! , And when i asked to contact with the Hotel Manager to solve this issue it was no action or at least respond , further a lot of other issues like " medium quality of food and bad service in restaurant , only one bar is working in the hotel with limitation of available drinks " On other hand , the room not was as i have reserved " no phone , safe box not working , normal tv not LED" - The swimming pool not clean with unsafe situation like broken of water excess colander - The room not cleaning today from 10 am till 2 pm !! - Bad attitude of front manager , when I asked him to solve the extra fees required problem , with informing us its our services !!!
