Konumu harika. Otel bölgenin ilk 3 ünde bizce. Temiz ve olanakları çok. İlk giriş yaptığınızda ilgilenmiyorlar gibi ama sonra her konuda yardım severler. Otelden taksi, Safari turu vb. Alırken düşünün araştırın. Gereksiz pahalı. Eğer seçerseniz safari turunda yemek sizi hüsrana uğratacak emin olun. Genel olarak otel süper.

I had a very good stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The resort and its location are excellent, and it’s very close to the airport. Pre-booking a transfer is not really necessary — taxis are easily available on IDrive and very cheap. I paid around £3 from the airport to the resort, which is very reasonable. The resort itself is large, beautiful, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds and facilities are impressive, and everything feels spacious. Food quality depends on personal taste. Some dishes were really good, but I felt there could be more variety, especially when compared to resorts in Antalya, where food choice and taste are generally better. A wider selection would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great resort, excellent value for money, and I would recommend it, especially for its location and overall comfort.

The hotel staff went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. We arrived early, were given early check-in. We spent the day on a snorkelling trip and were welcomed back despite not spending a second night in Sharm. I highly recommend the resort. Lovely staff, good food and so accommodating our every need.

The hotel, room size, facilities cleanliness were great. However the food quality was poor, both myself and my partner had upset stomachs with on and off vomiting throughout our stay and we stayed for 4 days prior to that in Cairo, where all was normal. The reception staff were helpful especially Rahma, but in the restaurants the staff showed very little interest in providing good service you'd expect from a 5 star. We dined at the Red Sea Wharf on our anniversary night where food was better, but the head waiter(Waleed) was quite rude at the start wanted to sit us on a table next to the toilets rather then 3 tables with a good view that were free at the time and later on he came to check on us and recommended a wine that they dont even have in stock. Thankfully we were looked after by Salah the rest of the evening, he was good and with his smile and kindness made our evening better. I would like to also highlight Ahmed from Pilli pub, like Salah he was really kind to us and everyone in general, which made a difference.

Average or below average resort

Check in people need to get additional training on customer service. They were below average in terms of handling customers questions and concerns and they lacked the welcoming attitude. Beach is mediocre. Nothing special at all. Food is good. Pools are great. I wish I could say I’d go back. But that experience I had when I checked out and my family were standing waiting for our ride and no one even asked if we need help or offered to help carrying our bags left an extremely bad taste.
