We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the Cleopatra luxury resort. The food was good with plenty of choice each night, and the staff were all very friendly. Special mention to Ezzat & Moustaffa around the pool who went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. The only drawback for us was the gym which could do with some refurbished.

The hotel staff went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. We arrived early, were given early check-in. We spent the day on a snorkelling trip and were welcomed back despite not spending a second night in Sharm. I highly recommend the resort. Lovely staff, good food and so accommodating our every need.

I completely will definitely recommend this resort to everyone who comes here. It was an amazing experience. Every staff member made it a beautiful memory. The staff is so professional and kind. The spy experience was fabulous. The manager and his staff work miracles they all deserve a big raise.
