ウトロ地区の中心街から、車で数分 徒歩で10分ほど。 施設自体はおそらく古くいい意味で渋さがかなりある一方、細部までかなり清潔に清掃されてるので、風情と風格がある現代施設って感じ。 【いい点】 上記の通り、設備が古くてもとてもよく清掃されてるのが分かるので不衛生感はない コンビニや飲み屋がある中心部から遠すぎず近すぎず、騒がしくないから山の静かさはあるけど 用事があれば徒歩ででも中心部に行ける立地 受付の方は2名接しましたがとても愛想良く対応していただけた 温泉が深夜早朝、時間帯関係なく楽しめるし、湯の花ができるような本格的な泉質 【改善希望】 あえてここまで書かなかったが重要。禁煙で予約したけど喫煙室で案内された。自分のミスかと思い確認したが確実に案内ミスで、気づいたときにはフロント対応時間外…部屋くさかったー！！ 朝方(というか未明)、コンコンコンコンとどこかから聞こえる音で目が覚め、他の迷惑客か、もしくは幽霊？と思ったら、おそらくカラスが屋根をずっと突いていた模様。改善希望 笑

トイレ付きのお部屋に宿泊しました。 とても清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。 お料理も源泉掛け流し温泉もサイコーでした。 お部屋の掃除が必要な場合は、外出時に一言お伝えしたほうが良いと思います。

まあまあ

車でしか行けない場所にあります。 古びた温泉宿的な雰囲気の旅館みたいな感じでした。街までは何もない道を歩いて20分くらいかかります。夏ならまだしも、冬はかなり歩いて街に行くのは厳しと思います。 旅館の近くには食べる所やコンビニは無く、食事を付けない場合は、車で5分の街に行く事になります。 ちなみに、旅館のご飯はよかったです。 お風呂は露天風呂はありませんが、なかなか良かったです。 ビールも館内でそれほど高い値段ではなく売っていました。 総合的にはまた泊まっても良いと思います。

概ね満足だが改善点はあり。

建物は古いが全体的に清潔感は保たれていた。お風呂の温泉もかなり良い雰囲気。しかし古いながらなのか実家のにおいのような香りを感じます。部屋も、布団など基本的には清潔でしたがごはんつぶが落ちていたのでちょっとだけマイナスかと。この値段ならもう少し頑張ってほしかったな、と。

全体的に満足できる。

施設は清潔だった。 リビングや台所も使いやすい。 セキュリティ上、仕方がないが玄関や部屋のドアを開けるときに複雑なパスワードを入れないといけないのがめんどくさい。 部屋のドアの開け閉めが結構な音がするので、寝てると起きてしまう。 お風呂はお湯が熱めで気持ちが良かった。

ホテルズドットコムの安い部屋は別館を案内される

まず、宿泊施設が別館(しかも別名称)。 記載が無い。 お風呂が本館にあるので、 いくら道路を挟んだ真向かいでも非常に微妙。 ． あと、部屋のドアが自重できちんと閉まらないので 鍵が開けっ放しになっている。 建て付けが悪いのか、歪んでるのか。 いずれにしろ女性フロアでこれは致命的。 ． ドライヤーの使用時間が明記されていないので、 朝5時から使う人がいる。 女性フロアの真正面に洗面台があるのに。 あれは叩き起こされる。 ． あれ、良かった点は何だろう？

自然に囲まれた源泉かけ流しの宿

全体としては、昭和４０年台から経営されている宿としいう感じ。はなれの部屋はテレビが新しいほかは、古い設備だった。風呂と朝食はよい。一般の客室とドミトリーは高評価かもしれないが、中間価格の滞在はもう一つという感じであった。

早めの予約を！

2週間前に予定が付き知床ひとり旅の為、安さを考え予約致しました。 その前に見ていた時には、半額以下でしたが、流石に二時間前では、宿の感じからは、少し高く感じました。 向かいの宿の温泉に入り放題や、施設の新しさは良かったですが、私以外男性客でしたので、始めから知って居たら部屋の鍵も掛けられるので、少し残念でした。後、たまたまかもしれませんが、お客さん同士の交流は、ほぼありませんでした。挨拶すら返って来ない方も居てびっくりしました。 又知床に行く際には、お値段が安ければ、泊まりたいと思う感じでした。 温泉のお湯は、良かったです。
