This property is stunning! The foot bath bar is lovely and the nightly snacks and drinks are a nice touch. Lovely onsen and great location overlooking the water. Can highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant is VERY expensive for dinner FYI. Breakfast is great and you do get a scoop of premium ice cream per day at the onsite chocolatier.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are great especially the lounges are very spacious. There are plenty of spaces in the hotel for relaxation. お部屋は広く清潔で快適に過ごせました。ビュッフェスタイルの夕食朝食も一品一品が丁寧でおいしく大変満足しました。ラウンジは広くサービスも充実しており快適に過ごせました。 スイートと銘打ったお部屋に泊まりましたが、専用チェックインカウンターがあるわけでもなく、客室まで荷物を運んでいただけるわけでもなく、またスイート限定のレストランがあるのに事前のご案内もなく予約できず、サービス面でスイート宿泊を感じるこはなく、奮発して高いお部屋に泊まらなくてもよかったな…という気持ちになったところが残念でした。
