The on site restaurant was delicious. We also took a short walk to the golf course and had lunch for a bit of excersise and a change of scenery.

There is no elevator, and even though my suitcases were taken up to the room I had to make two trips myself to bring them down the next morning, after waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to me in the bar or to even notice that I was sitting there I had to find someone to attend to me

Great hotel and a good nights sleep after a 17 hour travel day. Perfect location at the airport and easy to get a rental car the next day. Very clean and comfortable. A bit pricey but we were OK with that for the convenience.

The desk staff was dear. The building does not have an elevator but they offered to help with luggage. Otherwise a perfect stay. You can walk to the departure terminal and get rid of all the stress with an overnight stay before your flight.

Convenient hotel at Shannon airport

We arrived early at the hotel at 7 am after a sleepless red eye flight. Check in staff were able to find us a room and upgraded us too. Be forewarned they charge €99 for early check in. But it was worth it to us. The room was sparkling clean and the food at the Pub was well served.
