Bad room

1. Air conditioner is noisy, and if you turn if off, air is bad. 2. Dirty floor. 3. They have a bar that seems to serve solely the Japanese.

Great for business travel

The hotel is great, very comfortable, staff was great. There is a plaza right beside it with coffee shops & restaurants. It is about 5 mins walk to the subway stn. Right behind it is China Mobile in case u need to get a SIM card and ATM machine right beside that. Overall, everything was great for business if you need to be in Pudong. Only downfall was the gym was closed. Puxi side is much more fun though!
