Actually after I booked my hotel, read some bad reviews regarding the reception staff attitude and was quite worry. However, everything was good during my stay. Staff was courteous during check in, view was good. Accept it was raining the whole day which was not the hotel fault. Will stay again in future if I’m back to Shanghai

The location is very inside and the ambience was totally dull having no sideline lighting inside the room. Toilet was not upto the mark. Need to change the wall painting colour to bright.

Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators.
