I stayed in November, 2025. The front desk staff were amazing, especially Alan, who helped me with technology issues.
The room was nice and clean. There was soap, shampoo, bodywash. There was a kettle, but no safe. The AC wasn't working but I got a fan, which worked well.
It looked like the shower had leaked at one point, as the floor on the room-side of the shower was 'crunchy' (had some give when I walked on it).
There was water and some cans of pop in the fridge, and teas and coffee.
The room (1703) was quiet. There was construction across the street, but I didn't really hear it.
I tried to go to the spa on numerous occasions, but it was never open/the women in the spa waved me away.
The metro station was about a 5 minute walk, and YuYuen garden was a little further.
Also, the hotel is not accessible. There is a steep ramp in the front for luggage, but otherwise, there are stairs that must be navigated.
There was a good variety of western and Chinese foods for breakfast.
I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
