The biggest advantage of this hotel is the free laundry and dryers. Detergent and soap are provided, and everything is fully automatic. There are three washing machines and three dryers. You simply put in your clothes, choose the temperature (cold, warm, or hot), and press start. It was extremely convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs, which made everything so easy. You can buy salads, prepared food, fruits, and daily necessities without leaving the building. The hotel also has a designated area on the first floor for online shopping deliveries and food delivery, which is very well organized. The pool is large enough for kids, making it family-friendly. There is a designated drop-off and pick-up area, which was very convenient for calling taxis. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms we had were very clean with great views of the city and Huangpu River. Staff very friendly. The buffet breakfast also had a great selection of choices. Metro and ferry just 10mins walk. Great location.

This hotel is conveniently located in a charming local neighborhood, just three subway stops away from the central tourist district. The staff is exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. A standout feature is the restaurant on the 50th floor, which offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city. The manager, Mr. Chu, was particularly hospitable and attentive to guests. While the complimentary laundry service is a great perk, be prepared for potential wait times due to high demand. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and outstanding amenities.

The reception staff was unfriendly and when you ask for help is like you are bothering them, they are mostly non English speakers which bothers me as they receive international clients. Their answer to everything is “I don’t know” My room was not being cleaned, the floors were not swept, the sheets were only changed when I was left with one day to leave Andy Chu, the restaurant manager is the only person who made my stay at this hotel bearable, he was kind and always tried his best to find way to make out breakfast pleasant
