Location is good but not downtown. You have metro line 7 directly there, so you can reach anything in Shanghai conveniently. The rooms have either sofa downstairs and bed upstairs or two queenbeds, a fantastic family room. Bath it small but good enough, room is fine, balcony is Tony and locked unfortunately. Breakfast has wide range of eastern and western stuff, even baguette and croissants. If your lucky there is coffee machine, but American filter coffee is available anyway.

This is a great hotel with metro station, large supermarket and lots of resturants opp in the mall. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. The rooms are huge and have everthing you need.

The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

Hidden gem

Great service, very professional staff. Excellent breakfast, with varied menus. Hotel next to subway station, with on site laundry facilities and gym. We stayed 2 weeks - we will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Shanghai.
