The hotel is located in a more quaint part of the Pudong area - a respite from the hustle and bustle. Our concierge Owen did a great job helping us out with restaurant tips. Hotel condition is very good. Highly recommended!

After an initial check in disappointment everything else was fine. Luigi definitely smoothed things over with his sincerity. They definitely need to have more English speaking staff considering 95% of the guests are foreigners and speak English. All in all a great value for the price.
