地鐵四號 七號線東安路站4號出口旁,走路一分鐘, 櫃台人員非常有禮貌, 房間乾淨舒適,打掃人員每次入住都會送上貼心小禮, 滑鼠墊或者是裝化妝品的便利收納盒, 房間因為保險櫃鎖住打不開, 人員開鎖後經理還送水果盤, 服務真的是貼心又溫馨! 推薦!

Very good hotel, I always stay there when I am in Shanghai. It closes to subway station for 2 lines. Delis are near by. But when they have group tour people check in, you need wait longer time to check in.

Great Hotel very close to City Centre and Metro

The hotel stay was a great experience and would highly recommend for all tourists visiting Shanghai to attend the exhibition at Expo centre. no late check out for night flight passengers

I actually booked there again as Pine city hotel was not offering doubled bedrooms which is nearer to my relatives. I tried to have a free night porridge the night I arrived but to no avail. room service was up to 10.30 pm I asked for it around 11.15pm some flexibility can help and is called customer service. frontliner should improve there communication skill, helpful but language barriers. but i really appreciated the young man on the lobby part always trying his best and looking for a way to help. even tried to order Pizza for me on his phone. as a double room rate expect that slippers are replaced by pair which was not the case this time. concerning tea and coffee some additional milk would be appreciated. I again could not have a later check out until 15.30 from the duty manger in service,as my flight is at 22.30. i do believe for a hotel with these rates at least a free shuttle should be given to or from the airport , i had it with regal hotel in hk, and very good and even for late check out. i wanted to join in the wechat frequent customers but it is only in chinese and not very clear. missing for the rate, at least a free meal, a free shuttle and late check-out which some CCinn gives.

私は中国語が出来ないので少し戸惑いました。チェックインはスムーズに鍵を受け取れましたが、私が中国語が分からないのが分かったようで、朝食の案内などは一切して貰えませんでした。喫煙の部屋を予約しましたが、上海市内のホテルは禁煙、と後から言われました。でも灰皿を貸してくれました。イマイチよく分かりません。 部屋は明るくて広かったです。

המלון היה נוח מאוד וקרוב יחסית למרכז קניות ומסעדות רבות. צוות המלון אדיב ושמח לעזור. החדרים גדולים ומאובזרים. הדבר היחידי שגרם לי לאי נוחות רבה הוא המזגן בחדר שהיה רועש בצורה יוצאת דופן עד כדי שנאלצתי לכבותו בכדי להצליח לישון בעוד הטמפרטורה בחוץ הייתה קרובה ל0 מעלות צלזיוס. וזו כנראה תהיה הסיבה שלא אחזור לשם שוב.

Lee Gardens est une chaîne d'appartements-hôtels de bonne réputation, mais celui de Shanghai est décevant: équipement incomplet (pas de kitchenette) chambre de taille modeste, réparations des tuyauteries mal faites,... C'est un ancien hôtel, repris par Lee Gardens, mal rénové. La réception paraît belle sur les photos, mais le reste ,e fait pas illusion longtemps. C'est un mauvais 4* et un 3* moyen

此行商務停留一個星期, 貼心的房務員黃為珍發現我只有滑鼠, 在整理房間時送我一個滑鼠墊, 隔日我的小物品四散, 黃服務員貼心又送我一個整理盒, 真是讓我在商旅之際感到格外的溫馨和感動! 交通非常方便, 地鐵站就在旁邊, 樓下盡是餐廳, 房間舒適, 櫃檯服務十分友好, 期間需要更換燈泡, 櫃台馬上請人員處理, 下雨天在禮賓處借傘, 真是賓客至上! 一定會再去住宿! 真心推薦利園!

仕事で滞在。部屋も対応も大丈夫。ただ、日本円の両替機が故障しており、換金が難しいが、近くに銀行があるので、大した問題ではない。近くにはレストランや、売店があるので便利。地下鉄の駅まで徒歩1分内なので好立地だと思う。
