整體上很一般般，酒店房間空調不行，只感覺是風不是冷風，睡覺半夜能熱醒了！！房間有一股霉味，反映意見後服務員只是用空氣清新機來淨化，無論如何也不會換房間，還要求我自己跟Hotel .com來換！！真搞錯，下次不考慮入住

二泊お世話になりました。ホテルは綺麗で特に問題なく過ごせました。地下鉄10号線同济大学の駅からはとても近いですが、中心部から少し距離があるので不便に感じるかもしれません。夜0時を超えると地下鉄10号線が無くなり、タクシーも捕まらない上に、値段もだいぶ吹っかけられるので帰るのに苦労しました。あと、ここに載っている地図はあてになりませんでした。

Excellent hotel right next to the subway

This hotel is new, classy, not overly expensive, and is half a block away from Tongji University subway station (line 10), which is extremely convenient; it doesn't take more than a few stations to get to downtown and the touristy areas. The personnel is very kind and professional; the front desk people speak fluent English. The room and the bathroom are new and spacious; there is an AC with thermostat; the bed is big and comfortable. There is a desk and fast wifi. Their smoke-free rooms are indeed smoke-free. There is also a (small) gym in the 3rd floor. Many of the guests are people attending conferences and events at Tongji U., which is one block away from the hotel. The hotel district (Yangpu) is not the most touristy, but it is safe and commercial; the hotel area is typical of the surroundings of a university; the hotel street is safe, has many stores, and is never deserted. There are several cheap restaurants that cater to the students, as well as convenience stores, ATMs and fruit stores. It's not rare to see international students in the area, and a couple of coffee shops even have English speaking staff.

Great Hotel

The hotel is a steal considering it's Shanghai. Again this is not in the city centre. You do get your money's worth as the hotel is clean, feels new and very comfortable. It's extremely close to Tongji subway station (line 10), which can take you to the airport and other busy/touristy spots like Yuyuan Garden, Nanjing Rd etc.

Great hotel, great location

Kingswell is a well run hotel with very nice staff. Resonable knowledge in english. Breakfast is OK, again with great staff. Close to the line 10 metro makes the place very good connected wherever you want to go. The only drawback is the internet where the hotel has applied a very heavy filtering making secure international internet access virtually impossible. And they are not prpared to adjust it. If this is a nessesity you must choose one of the big international hotel chains. Despite this I like to stay at the place again and again.

Mycket bra hotell

Hotellet fungerar mycket bra med trevlig personal och bra attention. Trevliga rum, sköna sängar, kuddar och bra dusch. Frukosten är bra enligt lokalt mått. Det enda som inte fungerar är internet om man vill surfa utanför Kina. Då är det i stort helt obrukbart. Det är inte ovanligt på Kinesiska hotell, men detta hotell blockerar trafiken osedvaligt hårt.

Nice hotel close to subway station

The hotel located in a very convenient area, where is very close to subway station. The hotel does not have a swimming pool. I did not feel very welcomed from the staffs there during the check in and check out. Food over there is not great as well. However, the room is very clean. Given the price of the room, it is still a good choice.

This is nice and clean, good space room and very close to the subway. 6 stops to Nanjing road. Not in the downtown area but easy to commute.
