We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. All the staff including Mu was very helpful right from our check in and until our check out on our final day of our stay. Helped us to book our taxi to the airport as our flight was early morning so she pre booked taxi for 5 am in the morning. The choice of breakfast was very good. We booked the room with panoramic view of the Bund and really pleased that we made the right choice and got amazing view of the Bund from our room window.

The room was comfortable and the shower was great, there was tea making facilities however there was no teaspoon. Position of the hotel was excellent as it was across the road from the Bund. Excellent location for the Bund, for the tourist with only a couple of days this places you in the center of it all. The property provides the essentials for a comfortable stay and security, good breakfast. The lobby bar is not really a bar that I prefer for a proper cocktail or beer/wine. I found for my couples day in the area, I wanted to get off the street and crowds for a drink and seat back and relax but generally I didn't find that in the area.
