The staff was really nice and helpful. Sheets and towels were clean but the property itself was rusty and old. The walls, carpet and curtains were worn out. Ir was a good 10 mins walk to the Bund

False advertising on Expedia. The picture shows the Peace hotel . Out taxi driver took us there . The conceige at the peace hotel said they have been complaining about this issue for a long time . However this hotel is 10 mins away. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor of a building on the back street .

The location is great - only a few blocks from the Bund and walking district. The customer services are above and beyond. I was taken care of by the great staff, including a food delivery services, when I got to the hotel late at night. The manager even provided stain remover! Overall I was very satisfied by their great services

Neat, superbly located and brilliant staff

Basic, but neat and comfortable hotel just off Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Alice and Yosh at reception were absolutely brilliant and looked after me day and night. The coffee machine in the lobby is a nice touch. A great budget option close to all the major attractions in wonderful Shanghai.

The main thing is that the image they are using to promote this hotel - the front of the hotel - is actually of another high class hotel. The front entrance of this hotel is actually very very poor. So this is very deceptive and Wotif should remove this listing. It's a classic bait and switch. The room itself was okay. Nice bed and nice sheets and decent bathroom. The staff were nice. But the building itself is very very poor. I can understand why they are using another image.

Very clean and friendly service at the front desk. Let us order packages to the hotel and do laundry for free. Location is also very convenient as it is situated between many hot spots of Shanghai (bund, nanjing road etc). I would definitely recommend !

1. 직원 서비스 한국어를 유창하게 구사하는 직원분이 계셔서 소통이 매우 원활했습니다. 필요한 사항을 말씀드릴 때마다 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주셔서 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 5성급 가지 않는한 영어로도 프론트 대화가 어려운 중국에서 이런 서비스를 받기 쉽지 않은데 정말 감사했습니다. 2. 청소상태 객실과 공용 공간 모두 매우 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있었습니다. 침구류는 물론 욕실까지 위생적으로 관리되고 있다는 인상이 들었고, 청소 상태에 대해 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 3. 위치 필수맛집, 쇼핑몰, 대중교통(특히2호선)과의 접근성이 뛰어나서 캐리어 들고도 이동이 매우 편리했습니다. 동선 짜기에도 어려움 없고, 주변 환경도 안전하고 쾌적했습니다. 난징동루는 걸어서 5분 생각하시먼 됩니다. 4. 시설 객실 내 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 특히 침대의 퀄리티와 샤워 수압 등 평균 이상으로 꽤 디테일한 부분까지 신경 쓴 느낌이 들었습니다. 공용 편의 공간(예: 빨래시설 하트하트)도 있습니다. 5. 가격 대비 만족도 서비스와 시설, 위치 등을 고려하면 가격 대비 만족도가 정말 높다고 느꼈습니다. 다시 상해를 방문한다면 꼭 다시 올려고 합니다. 추천드립니다

Good location, small rooms - overall, pretty solid

The hotel was solid and the location excellent. The rooms were very small—personally, I’d say just right for one person—but the price was fair. The internet connection was strong, although it took a bit of time to connect, and the receptionist was helpful despite not speaking any English. Just a heads-up: the hotel is somewhat hidden, and the location shown on Google Maps is incorrect. (This isn’t the hotel’s fault—GPS data in China is generally scrambled.) I’ve attached a picture of the building to help. Once inside, ask the hotel reception for the name; the actual hotel is accessed via an elevator in the adjacent building and occupies only the third floor. It’s a bit tricky to find at first, but once you figure it out, everything runs smoothly.
