From the moment you arrive at reception, you'll feel at ease thanks to the warm and friendly service from the kind staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel's location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the metro station and two stops from the city center. Markets and restaurants are right next to the hotel, and there's a lovely optician's shop where you can get your prescription glasses in any style, even having lenses replaced for sun protection, for only 20 dollars

Staff were really lovely and looked after us well. They helped us move rooms when the people next door were smoking in the room (against the hotel rules) and even gave us a free upgrade. Rooms were comfortable, with large TV and hairdryer and all the toiletries you would expect. We enjoyed the little robot who delivered takeaways to the rooms!

Hotel room is very modern with buttons to open and close the curtains, and a door that tells you if you have not closed it properly. The room is clean, but small. with a very good shower. The lobby and lifts let this hotel down as there is a rancid smell here. Location is fantastic - a 8 min walk to Pudian Road metro station.

This hotel, located at 689 Laoshan Road, Lujiazui, exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the core area of ​​Lujiazui, yet quiet and convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The surrounding area has mature amenities, making dining and shopping convenient. The price-performance ratio is quite good for the Lujiazui area, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The only thing everything looked very clean but I noticed the bedsheets were not and woke up with 2 large bug bites and when I pulled back the sheets there were little black dots and short hairs that were not mine as I have very long hair, I did call the hotel staff and they took photos and asked them to please change for the next person. The property itself was very clean and the breakfast buffet made up for it, and the hospitality was great. The room was clean for the most part. But check under the bedsheets.

The room was ok but was a non smoking room and all you could do was smell smoke coming up through drains in bathroom from downstairs which was ridiculous. The staff one or two were helpful one said they don’t talk English at the hotel even tho is advertised on Expedia I got lucky with a local driver to get to my tours cause the hotel was not much help I had breakfast included but was just a voucher for a place down the road which did not have much choice to eat for someone who was not used to the food there that was suitable for breakfast as the week went on the staff warmed to me after I was respectful and would often wave towards the end. I think it could work harder on accommodating people from anywhere if they want customers from anywhere.

連泊したが、飲んだティーパックがそのままの状態でずっと置かれてあったり、ティッシュも空っぽでもらいに行った。 トイレットペーパーも残りわずかな状態で換えのペーパーはなし。 タオルは毎日交換され、シーツ交換はないが、きれいにベッドメイキングされていた。 1階のフリーコーヒーは美味しい。 あとは中国あるあるなので驚きはしなかったが、エレベーターが一基、1階に着いても開かず、また上に上がるという不具合。 場所は最寄りの駅までは10分くらい歩くが、ほとんどタクシー移動なので問題ない。 ホテルで外卖するとロボットが部屋まで届けてくれる。 ホテルはリーズナブルなので、次回また泊まっても良いと思うが、部屋に窓がない点はマイナスかな。
