We had a lovely stay. The staff at this hotel are really friendly, professional and caring. It was busy due to the lunar New Year holiday, and yet everything worked well and nothing was too much trouble. We will stay there next time we are in Shanghai. We stayed at this hotel to attend a conference as it was connected to the NECC exhibition, it was a great stsy, the room big , breakfast was excellent, many options, staff all nice&helpful, the only downside was that the hotel is far from main attraction in the city , taxis were cheap though .

Amazing staffs. Came as a business trip with young kids. Very accommodating and staffs went above and beyond to help us during check-in process.
