I stayed on the 30th floor facing the river and the view as spectacular facing the river bend. It is a beautiful property and well maintained with great service. Staff is polite and attentive. I also received the club level services where i receive complementary breakfast, afternoon snake and lite fare for dinner. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable 6 -day stay.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Large room good view. The only thing is our room smelled like cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Only stayed one nights so had no reason to complain or change rooms

The best 5 star hotel for me so far. Hotel is renovated and facility is great let alone the view. We were in the bund view room.
