The hotel is very well positioned just across the Nanjing Road and the staff is well trained to help with all your needs. The breakfast was very good, they were varying it all the time and well supplied until the late breakfast hour. If we will visit Shanghai again, we will definitely book our accommodation here again and again.

I had stayed in that property since it was newly built but under a different name. The current property or the room I was given was more basic and not much frills ( like carpet) but the room was clean. The front desk was efficient but lacked some human touch.
