Good to sleep a night or two

Business for one night. Immediate surroundings quite run down but very nice 20min walk through old town to The Bund. At big road but fairly quiet/insulated. Clean fresh rooms. No elevator. Beds to hard for my liking but great pillows & and got two more within a minute asking for it. No breakfast.
