A convenient hotel to stay if visiting Shanghai Disneyland. Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Courtesy shuttle services to and from the airport and Disney park was very convenient. Would recommend the hotel if considering accommodation.

We loved the shuttle service to disney, train station, airport, bund. Made experiencing shanghai so easy and accessible. The staff was very helpful. Loved the dining staff at night too. So welcoming and helpful.

Joy Lu on the concierge desk was exceptional in helping us organise transportation. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice and value for money. The free laundry and shuttle back into the city were a bonus. Thank you to the helpful staff. We will stay here again.

This was our second stay in a matter of days. We booked it the night before our stay. Joy Lu on the concierge desk was excellent yet again with our luggage and ordering transportation to the airport. Thank you Joy Lu. Breakfast buffet selection was good and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel has a restaurant, a convenient shuttle service, and even free laundry and dryer facilities, which made our stay much more comfortable. Our room also had a dedicated walk-in closet, giving us plenty of space to organize our luggage and clothes. The only minor downside was a slight musty smell in the room, probably due to the humid weather. Other than that, everything was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
