Had an amazing stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with a great shower. Location was perfect, close to Yuyuan gardens and a Metro station (google maps has the location wrong) . Only slight upset was the breakfast, although it had a great variety everything i had was only luke warm and a few things were cold.

Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Great location and staff, lots of choice for breakfast. Fantastic room with balcony which makes a nice change from usual city rooms with no access to outside space. Loads of great extras to the room which made a huge difference - free minibar, usb charging points, automatic toilet seats and flush, light in the actual toilet for night time! Absolutely great experience and was the icing on the cake to a great three days in Shanghai. Wish we could have stayed longer.
