But the bathroom needs some work - chips and stains in the tub, the water didn’t drain out of the tub, so you’re standing in a lake of water at the end of your shower, the light over the tub was out, and the towels are like sandpaper. The TV was hard to navigate - should have a written guide in the room.

Staff was great. Room was clean. I stayed 4 times last 2 months. I would give a5 if the mattress was more firm. I have stayed in Marriott and Hampton and their mattress is more firm which I prefer. Not sure if all your mattresses are so soft but if so I Most likely won’t stay any more.

The breakfast area was well stocked and maintained. The person responsible for the area, Misty, made fresh cinnamon rolls and brought them to each guest in the dining room. Best hotel experience. Friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, REAL PILLOWS! Not those stupid half pillows. We each had two, one softer and one firm, who does that? The breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls.if we ever have to stay in that town it will be here. Also future booking with this chain hoping for the same great experience.
