Staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. Room was clean and well kept with housekeeping. However, bathroom/shower stall needs new caulking since quite a bit of areas have embedded molds which, I understand, cannot be kept clean just by regular housekeeping cleaning.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, especially the bathroom, but the shower room door cannot fully close, so after showering, the water is all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator is not cold; it's just a piece of furniture. Hopefully, when I come back next time, everything will be fixed.

The room was clean, and the hotel is in a great location—very close to the MTR and bus stops. Almost all of the staff, including the cleaning team, were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, one female receptionist seemed impatient and not very interested in assisting guests.
