Magnificent Serene Country Retreat

Enjoy a relaxing break in this delightful farm setting. The area is chock full of activities and the balcony sunset views and the kangaroos are a magnificent sight no matter what the season.

The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with ample living space as well as a substantial separate dining/function space that seats up to 60 people.

The pool area enjoys magnificent views of the Goulburn river and farming flats.

The space
The 4 bedroom house is on 10 acres with 150 metres of Goulburn River frontage. Great walks all around but particularly along the river into town. Once there enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the property including a magnificent swimming pool. If you like fishing, walking or just relaxing then this is the place to be.

Other things to note
Please ensure that two people are at the pool when anyone is swimming. Plastic and cans are fine by the pool but please no glass.

Also we ask that you keep all the gates closed but enjoy walking around the property.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. There's a private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a sofa bed and a washing machine.

Perfect weekend away with friends

This is a beautiful country property just 5 mins drive from Seymour shops. The view is stunning, especially at sunset with kangaroos hopping around. The pool is even nicer than the pictures show. Full kitchen has everything you could need.
