Fantastisk udsigt fra terrassen og skøn have

Dejligt lille og velfungerende hus, hvor der er alt man har brug for. Vi satte størst pris på haven, udsigten og beliggenheden tæt på den offentlige strand. Let adgang til at leje padelboard og vandcykel lige ved siden af huset. Vær opmærksom på man ikke kan bade fra husets badebro. Dette er dog intet problem, da sø er strand er lige uden for døren.

Maison confortable face au lac

La maison est très bien aménagée, le ponton sur le lac lui donne beaucoup de cachet. Les canards viennent régulièrement y faire un tour. Il est interdit de se baigner, de pêcher ou de mettre une embarcation à l'eau depuis le ponton de la propriété. Pour accéder au lac, il faut sortir de la propriété dont l'entrée coïncide avec le parking public payant de la plage et du port. La plage et le port se trouvent à chacune des extrémités du parking.

Maison agréable, très bien équipé, avec très belle vu de la terrasse. Très beau jardin bien entretenu. Vraiment top. J'avais une appréhension quant au parking situé derrière la maison, mais cela nous n'a nullement gêné. Super Séjour, avec tout à proximité (location vélo, base nautique, plage).

Tres belle petite maison en bord du lac, tres proche de la belle plage de sevrier et du club de voile. Les equipements de la maison sont tres complets et nous avons ete tres bien accueillis.
