Good location. Everything within walking distance: cathedral, centre, bus station. Property does need checking: door difficult to close, fridge needs defrosting. We couldn’t find any manuals on his go use any of the appliances. Also, and this maybe out of the properties control, the lighting on the stairs is inadequate. It’s very dark. The steps are not easy to see.

This is a big and comfortable apartment. I didn’t like the corporate e-mail traffic beforehand, I felt like I was being kept waiting after I had provided all my info. A friendly confirmation would have been nice. The apartment itself has seen better days but is still a great design. Some paint, a deep-clean and some repairs could make a big difference. Some shade on the rooftop would have been nice. The plunge bath too needs repairs, but the water was fresh. I wouldn’t call it a pool.

This was a very comfortable apartment. Plenty of space for 4 or 5 people. The stairs inside the apartment would be difficult for someone elderly or with mobility issues.

Liked the decor and open brick design that was unique! Loved the location and rooftop. The only thing we didn’t like was noise from neighbours as one of there windows opens in to high ceiling of our flat.

Lovely location but not the best experience due to door malfunction and the amount of noise caused by same. Our 1st floor apartment was right above door and the kitchen built in original light well and when apartment upstairs opened windows we could hear them use toilet, cough, fart etc. Would not stay again despite the partial refund offered

Good location and a spacious place overall, but it’s missing some key elements that make for a truly comfortable stay. The kitchen was lacking basics — not enough glasses, and simple inexpensive essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil were missing. The apartment itself could also use some upkeep, as the walls were quite dirty with noticeable stains and would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. There was also very little storage or organization space: nowhere convenient to put luggage or hang clothes, no hooks for towels, no towels to dry the dishes and no blankets available for the couch. The iron was broken as well and appeared to have been dropped previously as the base was cracked and leaking. Overall, the stay was good, but the place is missing attention to detail and could use a bit more care and maintenance to make it feel complete.
