The location is 10 out of 10. In the middle of everything - La Giralda, The Cathedral, El Alcazar, shopping, food and bars (both turística but also locals). Great new hotel with great views. Lovely staff particularly Inmaculada and Manuel. Great breakfast . All so clean

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Sercotel Don Luciano and would absolutely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-tier. After a rough night at a previous Airbnb where we barely slept, the hotel staff went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early so we could rest. That small gesture made a huge difference and set the tone for our stay. The property itself is beautiful—spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms, with a modern, comfortable feel throughout. One of the standout details was the scent of the hotel—it smelled incredible everywhere, which added to the overall sense of cleanliness and care. We especially loved the terrace views of the city—perfect for relaxing and taking in Sevilla—and the modern soaking pool was a great touch after long days exploring. All around, this hotel delivered on comfort, service, and atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed and genuinely grateful for the experience.

Hotel lindíssimo, de mto bom gosto e novinho. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, porém não foram oferecidos chinelos e no meu quarto faltava condicionador no banheiro. Café da manhã bom, porém ficava mto cheio e faltavam algumas coisas que demoravam a serem repostas. Acredito que deveriam colocar mais funcionários para ajudar no café da manhã, pelo que percebi eh uma queixa frequente dos hóspedes. Fácil acesso, tem supermercado e taxi em frente ao hotel, pertinho de Lãs Setas.

Chambre au top avec un balcon qui donnait sur toute la ville. L hôtel est hyper bien situé à proximité à pied de tous les sites à visiter. Le personnel est très agréable et très aidant. Le petit déjeuner a un très large choix. Petit bémol vérifier votre note le jour du départ car on nous a facturer 90€ pour deux petits déjeuners.
