Amazing place, the staff is very nice and kind. The only not very nice thing I experienced was that the restroom located at the lobby was kind of smelly all the time. The rest was great, our stay was the best.

The staff are all excellent, helpful and friendly. We were allocated a family room with bunk beds even though we were a couple however the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Water fountain where you can replenish your water bottles which are in the room on arrival. The hotel is well located within walking distance of most of the sights. The only negative was the air conditioning in the room was regalated by the hotel and the room was far too hot. We had to open the windows just to cool it down and it made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

Breakfast was healthy and very good variety of cheese/meats. The ‘breakfast tea’ bags are very weak so take your own if you like a decent cuppa. Pastries could be slightly better and also having two toasters would be good too, and given a bit more space around them to use.

Noisy guests next to me. I complained but the staff didn’t seem to care enough to quiet them. Walls are not soundproofed well enough. Horrible room, one window high in the room barely let in daylight.
