Magnificent apartment in Santa Cruz . Aire II

Magnificent apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an unbeatable location, on Aire Street, in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood.

Upon entering the apartment we directly access a living-dining room with an open kitchen. Both rooms are very spacious and bright thanks to several windows. The living room has a sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs and a TV, as well as a pleasant corner with an armchair where you can read quietly, which gives access to a balcony that surrounds the entire room with a table and two chairs to enjoy a enjoyable evening. Next to this area there is a dining table with chairs with capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and it’s equipped with everything you need.

Returning to the entrance, we find a corridor on the right hand side in which there are three bedrooms and two of the three bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms are very spacious and bright and have 2 single beds of 0.90 x 2 m together, fitted wardrobes and a TV. In front of the first two bedrooms we find 2 complete bathrooms, one of them with a shower plate and the other with a bathtub. The third bedroom is located at the end of the hall and has a full en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Being a house located in a classic building, it does not have an elevator.

Next to the building where the apartment is located there are remains of large granite columns from Roman times, showing the extensive cultural legacy that can be found in this old Jewish quarter. In the surroundings of the apartment there are small traditional bars where you can taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places and corners to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcázar, the Giralda..., everything is just a few meters away on foot.

Quality apartment in central location

The description of the apartment is accurate apart from number of stairs. We were told 6 steps. In fact, there were 22. The 6 steps relate to the lower apartment. It is a spacious well furnished/equipped apartment. Kitchen fittings are showing signs of wear already. A great location for central Seville - near all the many places but also in a relatively quite location. Communication with property staff was very good.
