The staff were s welcoming, from our arrival at after 10pm, to our departure at 7.30 am a few days later. We were offered cava or water on our arrival. Our room, 302, had 2 floor to ceiling windows with bath and a separate bathroom with walk in shower. I think it was Monique, apologies if spelling is incorrect, showed us to our room, explained how the air conditioning worked and provided us with the names of adjacent restaurants where we could get tapas. The room had complementary water and also soft drinks in the fridge, which were replenished daily. The breakfast was superb, served by a bubbly young lady. I’m sorry that I did not ask all of your names, but you were all superb. We also met the young lady cleaning our room, who did a great job very day. As we were leaving before breakfast began , we were provided with a lovely picnic of fresh fruit, ham & cheese sandwich and a chocolate muffin. The hotel is very close to the cathedral, so also central. A superb stay. We will be back.

This is a beautiful hotel just steps from everything that gorgeous Seville has to offer! The staff treated us like very important guests from the moment we stepped in the door and their insight and recommendations were very helpful. Beautiful room with little balcony overlooking the square, so many restaurants nearby. About 6 minutes from the Cathedral and the Alcazar - be sure to book your tickets ahead and we found the English guided tour to be exceptional. Walk to Plaza de Espana before 9am for a magical experience. After all our tours we retreated to our lovely room to rest a bit. We had complimentary water, coke, and a few choice mini bar items. Loved the comfy bed and lush towels! We travel extensively and will remember the Hotel Tayko Sevilla as one of the best!

Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no place to park the car in front of the hotel (pedestrian area) to unload luggage but they came outside and helped us immediately. Small boutique luxury hotel that feels like home. Dog was treated like royalty with bedding, plates and a lovely welcome note for my “peludo” as they called him. Bathroom, shower and amenities were great. Windows and full of natural light. I highly recommend this hotel located in the best possible location with massive park across the street. Amazing!

We spent a long weekend at this boutique hotel in Seville called Tayko as two couples. It was our first time staying in a boutique hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed. The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from all the sights. The rooms were smaller, but they were very clean and well-equipped. There was even a free mini bar with soft drinks, and plenty of quality toiletry products. The breakfast was excellent. The food was cooked to order, and we could eat as much as we wanted. The service was great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. But what really set this hotel apart was the incredible hospitality of the staff. We were treated like VIPs, and by the time we checked out, we felt like family. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Miguel was particularly wonderful. He telephoned us the day before our arrival and made sure everything was in order. Upon arrival he whisked our cases away, replaced them with drinks, and then escorted us to our rooms. He was always ready for a chat and to give us tips and information, directions, or book tickets. Monica, Maria, Marianne, Maria, and Nico were all so friendly and helpful. Miguel and Monica visited us at breakfast every morning to make sure we were happy. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for its welcome. It was truly a memorable experience.

On a three week trip to Spain this was my favorite hotel. Great location, excellent staff and very clean. I relied on a number of their recommendations for restaurants and activities and all were solid. They suggested a flamenco show, which I was not going to do on the visit, but I asked them to make a ticket reservation at a Flamenco Theater and it was a first rate experience.
