Overall hotel is good. In the Spa area the sauna room did not work twice that we tried to use it. The showers were very cold with no hot water coming through despite waiting for a while. Jacuzzi and the Gym was great through. There was no facility to change or shower for those using the Pool. The toilet, for men, was far too small to change clothes in. Staff are very helpful.

The staff was really nice, I was pleased with the amount of amenities and how accommodating the hotel was. It was very quiet and peaceful. Not a lot of food options if you have any food restrictions though, if you’re eating the foods the hotel offers. There are a lot of options nearby and transportation is really close. Everything was clean, but the sauna felt a little under kept. Overall a really nice experience.

I stayed for 3 nights. It was comfortable, clean & quiet. For me, it was very convenient as I could walk to the city centre in 15-20 minutes. Staff, service, breakfast - all excellent. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again.

Parking was good. Bar was expensive. Beds were much too hard. No milk in room for tea, tea was not replenished. The towel system for the pool was shambolic and should be sorted out by the pool. Breakfasts were mediocre, bacon was fatty and no baked beans.

Very clean very quiet hotel. Pool area lovely and relaxing. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Good location about 20 min walk into centre. Room for me was too dark. Needed light on at all times which didn’t reflect the beautiful weather outside.

The staff were brilliant especially the two girls who ran the cafe in the morning. Lovely hotel but too far from the shopping centre that would be my only criticism.
