The building itself is 300+ years old, and I was in awe of the doors and windows, many of which I assume were original to the building. The entire hotel is decorated with string instruments and music-themed decor. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and very personable. The breakfast was served at our table and the food was fresh, varied, and delicious.

The hotel was small and intimate and felt very personalised. The music theme was lovely and I liked seeing all of the old instruments decorating the hotel. I also liked the roof terrace and enjoyed a short dip in the heated pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. What a beautiful hotel with a great collection of musical instruments. Old world charm, Great service, excellent tailor made breakfast, charming rooms. The access to the hotel is slightly tricky due to the narrow approach road but its location makes it well worth it. It is a 5 minute walk from the Alcazar and the cathedral. Highly recommend it!
