Fantastic hotel. Beautiful, clean, and quiet. Hotel breakfast was good. Hotel was conveniently located just steps away from the Nervión metro station, making it super easy to get to the city center. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will be staying here again!

We booked superior room for our family, the room was very comfortable and spacious for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were plenty including the bathroom toiletries. The property was very well maintained and clean. Air conditioning was good. Restaurant served food till 11 PM for late arrivals. Metro station is just about outside the hotel and all landmarks are about 10 mins by car. Only thing we didn't like was the size of the swimming pool. For a hotel of this capacity, the swimming pool is not big enough and it was busy most of the times. We didn't get a chance to go in to the pool. Also strangely there was no room service on Sundays, but this is not a big deal at all for us.

Things I liked: - Very good value stay (in August). - Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. - The convenience of public transport options nearby the hotel. - The ability to use all facilities in the Health Club next door for just 15 Euros per day. - Express Supermarket opposite the hotel. - Drinking water restocked everyday. Things I didn't like: - The room, although clean, smelled of cigarettes. - The pool is a lot smaller than it appears in photos. - Dingy and dated corridors. - No tea or coffee making facilities in the room (I brought my own travel kettle).

Great stay

The location is excellent! The subway station is located just across the street, providing easy access to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is modern and has a great vibe. The beds were cozy and inviting, which might make it tempting to relax instead of exploring while on vacation. The hotel was also very accommodating in holding our luggage, which made a significant difference. I have to mention that the breakfast is amazing and prepared with great care. I can’t wait to return!

Great location, tram 3 min walk from hotel. Ride 6 stops and you are I at the Cathederal. very handy carrefour supermarket across from hotel. Good to walk into town too in just 20 mins. Nice parks nearby. Room was clean and spacious. Bet a little firm but not uncomfortable. Great pool and with comfortable cushioned sun loungers. Plenty of pool towels provided apart from once when we were late afternoon to the pool . Super cocktails in very pleasant hotel lounge. We did not eat here so can’t comment. But plenty of places around to get food and drinks.

Seville Hotel Review Our stay at the Seville Hotel was a truly memorable experience. The hotel itself was exquisite, and its excellent location made it easy to explore the city using public transportation to reach all the major sites. The staff were exceptionally professional, greeting us warmly upon arrival and assisting us promptly with our check-in and room arrangements. The room was outstanding—the lighting felt fit for royalty, and the space was very generous. The walk-in shower was comfortable, and the overall quality of the amenities clearly reflected the hotel’s four-star rating. I was extremely pleased with everything within the room. There are just a few areas where the hotel could improve. The outdoor pool was a disappointment—it appeared yellow-green, and the chlorine levels seemed low. Unfortunately, some pool water got in my mouth and tasted unpleasant, raising concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the pool deck bathrooms were locked, which makes one wonder if guests are using the pool as a substitute. At times, there were not enough towels available by the pool, though to their credit, staff replenished them within an hour. Despite the pool issues, our overall stay was very good. We only used the pool once, but everything else exceeded expectations. The hot tub and gym facilities were top-notch—possibly the best hotel gym I’ve seen anywhere.

Nice clean modern hotel

Nice modern hotel which was well decorated. Our room was a nice size and the bed was amazingly comfortable!! The bathroom had a nice large shower and toiletries were provided. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The bar was a nice area with lots of seating options. The pool was a great asset in the heat of Seville and beds/towels were readily available. We didn't visit the restaurant but it looked like a pleasant space. Location was fine for us as we enjoyed walking and exploring. The main tourist areas were only a 20 minute walk away. Metro and tram stops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants and bars to choose from in the streets around the hotel, and there is a modern shipping centre around the corner next to the Sevilla FC stadium. I would happily stay here again if visiting Seville.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff

Well designed, beautiful hotel, stunning room with separate space for my son. Mini bar contents included in price which was a nice touch - no one likes that surprise! All toiletries included and nothing was too much trouble - very lovely staff. Only disappointment was the pool was much smaller than appeared in photos, breakfast was much more than our other comparable stays across Spain and the indoor pool was an additional cost every day person.
