Great and smooth communication. Property mgmt staff will meet you personally to check in but if late check in after 9pm you will be charged extra. Kitchen fully equipped along with a dishwasher and we cooked a lot. They provide dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap which was very helpful. There is no dryer but we just hung clothes to dry in apt. Beds are comfy including the sofa bed. Location is super fantastic, right in center yet on a quiet pedestrian only street so we were able to sleep well. Grocery store and many restaurants nearby. As it is pedestrian only zone, cabs drop you offhalf a block away which is no issue. Bathroom does have some mold growing in shower which should be cleaned. There is no separate exhaust fan in bathroom. Adjusting the temperature in apt was a bit confusing but we were able to figure it out. Coffee pods provided but no salt, sugar or oil. Overall, clean, quiet and a great place.
