Great Location with Poor Management

The location of this property is excellent. We knew that we were paying about twice the normal rate because of the amazing Feria de Abril festival and proximity to the bullring. We expected better. Water was leaking from the overhead light in the bathroom. The corporate management acknowledged our calls but did nothing. There was also very obvious water damage and mold/mildew on the walls and the base. The bathroom pictures were not representative of the condition. The bedroom air conditioner condensation drained into the room forming puddles on the bedroom floor. The unit was cleaned very well except that the hard floors were barely better than broom cleaned. As the owner of vacation rentals myself, I was appalled by the lack of response on issues which were both safety and ongoing damages matters. With maintenance this would be a 4-5.
