An apartment in the old town, ideal for exploring Seville and relaxing when you get home. The apartment's decor and amenities have been carefully designed so you can enjoy all the benefits and comforts of staying in Seville.

As soon as you open the door, you'll be amazed by the light and spaciousness. The living room has a comfortable and large sofa bed and, full of windows, shares space with a kitchen where you'll find everything you need for cooking. It stands out for its beautiful, sunny terrace, perfectly suited to enjoying the sun and Seville's weather in general. For the hottest days, there is a shower on the terrace where you can cool off.

A few meters from the building on San Luís Street, there is a supermarket, and the Feria Street Market is about 200 meters away. Alameda Square is less than 10 minutes away.

There is a separate bathroom with a shower, mirror, and good lighting. There is a hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, and everything you need for your stay. The room, decorated in a very original style, features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and dresser, and light through the window. Central air conditioning keeps the entire house at a comfortable temperature.

La estancia en general estuvo bien, pero la comunicación fue un gran problema. Antes de nuestra llegada pedí varias veces las instrucciones para el check-in, sin obtener respuesta. Finalmente, solo después de haber llegado y de llamar en varias ocasiones, recibimos el código para la llave.Una vez dentro, notamos que el wifi no funcionaba, por lo que volví a escribirle, pero dejó de responder tanto a los mensajes como a las llamadas. Desde ese momento no tuvimos más noticias.El apartamento en sí era agradable y disfrutamos de la estancia. Es una pena que la falta de comunicación empañara la experiencia.

Nous sommes arrivés de l'aéroport avec 2 bus en 50 minutes.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Javier.L'appartement est très propre, confortable et très calme, situé à une 10 minutes à pieds de Setas et une 20aine de minutes du centre.
