We stayed on 5th floor. We read in a review it was hard to sleep because of bells from Seville Cathedral. We did not notice the sound of the bells. The staff was very helpful. The location was convenient. It’s near lots of restaurants. Just get tickets to Seville Cathedral in advance for the tour—we missed that tour but attended mass at the Cathedral. Great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Seville. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—every staff member was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop, which offers a great atmosphere and beautiful views. While the setting is fantastic, the drinks could definitely be improved to match the overall experience. We also tried the on-site Italian restaurant. The food was average, but the service was excellent and made the dining experience enjoyable nonetheless. Overall, this hotel delivers strong service, comfort, and ambiance. With a few small improvements in food and beverages, it could easily be exceptional.
