The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. You’ll enjoy the city, its beautiful streets and monuments, as well as its atmosphere and vibrant life.<br><br>If you’re arriving by car, we recommend parking at the Avenida de Roma parking garage. <br><br>If you arrive by public transportation, you can easily get there by Metro; the nearest stop is Puerta de Jerez.<br><br>Our accommodations are located in the heart of Seville; it’s rare to hear outside noise inside, but due to its unbeatable location, you may occasionally hear some noise from outside caused by people passing by. <br><br>The house has two main steps at the entrance and features 4 floors accessible by stairs. <br><br>The main floor includes the living room, bathroom, terrace, kitchen, and pantry. <br>The second floor features a full bathroom and two bedrooms. <br>The third floor has a mini-bar and an outdoor terrace with a large table for enjoying the outdoors. <br>The fourth floor is a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and majestic views.<br>Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.<br><br>The house must be left clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.<br><br>Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€ per stay.<br><br>No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.<br><br>Smoking is not permitted.
