The apartment has weird layout. Neighborhood wasn’t ideal for children.

Clean rooms, amenities, but the one issue worth pointing out was that the front two bedrooms have very little sound control. One can easily hear the chatter from the street and the sounds of the vehicles on the road can be disturbing especially when trying to sleep.
