Upon entering, a small hall leads to a corridor that takes you directly to the first bedroom, which features a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a full en-suite bathroom with shower.

Continuing down the corridor, you arrive at the spacious and modern living-dining room, furnished with high-quality pieces and attention to detail. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two armchairs, and a dining table. It offers spectacular views of the Cathedral and the Giralda, yet remains completely quiet despite its central location.

The kitchen, integrated into the living area, is modern, functional, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

From the living room, another hallway leads to the second full bathroom with shower and the second bedroom, which features two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2 m.

Just a short walk from the apartment you’ll find major landmarks like the Royal Alcázar and the Archivo de Indias. The area is vibrant and full of life, with a wide variety of restaurants, traditional tapas bars, artisan shops, and excellent public transport connections.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
