We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only permitted for work, study, or medical reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide documentation proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

The living and dining area creates a welcoming space for relaxation, and the kitchen includes all essential appliances and utensils for meal preparation. The large bathroom features a walk-in shower and high-quality amenities. The apartment also includes a washing machine, hot water system, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV for entertainment or remote work. Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms, and split-type air conditioning is available in the living room.

The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Seville’s top landmarks, including the Giralda, the Real Alcázar, Plaza de España, the Torre del Oro, and the Triana district. It is also conveniently close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas.

The accommodations are equipped with:

Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI/passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always have access to the property in the event of any unforeseen issues that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
