We had a great twin bedded room with a nice tidy bathroom. Room facilities were good, very clean and tidy. The breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially liked Carlos in the hotel's Bar El Poeta who served delicious cocktails. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was excellent, great rooftop pool and close to everything. The only caveat which I should have looked into more was the parking which was 27 euros a day. The hotel was outstanding though and great value.

Perfect location. Super clean and comfortable.

Super location in central Seville. Close to the historical monuments and also close to the river for a nice early morning walk before I got very warm. Hotel was super clean and in immaculate condition. Staff extremely helpful too.

Excellent Stay in middle of the city.

The hotel is centrally located. The parking is challenging near by so you have to use their parking which is a bit steep at €26 per day.

We spent a lovely 5 days in Seville and stayed at the Hotel Becquer. Lovely hotel, staff were great so helpful and friendly. Breakfast very tasty. Our room was very comfortable too. Always kept clean. We went at the end of July so it was very hot (40!) so the aircon was great. The rooftop pool and bar were fab too. The pool was small but perfect a dip and then under the cold shower to cool off some more. We had a lovely time in Seville and at the hotel.

Seville stay

We decided to stay at Becquer Hotel primarily for it's location. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and answered any questions that we had. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a king sized bed. The hotel has a rooftop pool with bar. We used the rooftop pool once. It was very popular. They had a covered area for people that wanted to escape the heat. The water at the pool was shallow and a little cold. The pool did its job. It did cool you down. The drinks at the rooftop pool were priced affordable. We ate at the hotel's breakfast twice. The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice from the juicer machine. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a taxi stand. Taxis are cheaper in Seville compared to other cities. We used the taxi stand a couple times for our excursions.

Staff were very accommodating and relatively fluent in English. My room was clean a little cramped with three single beds in the room. I appreciated the little veranda, it added a little space to the living area and provided some good separation for myself and my 18-year-old daughter who was busy on her phone quite often. It was a relatively easy walk to the cathedral, and there were many dining options The rooftop pool was small, but big enough for about a dozen people, and they were places to sit that were shaded from the sun where you could have a drink if you so chose. I wish that the hotel had offered a gym. They did offer a breakfast for €24, which I found to be a turn off. Whenever I left the hotel, I turned left and went into the older part of the city, which had its own charms and nice windy streets with cobblestones, and many culinary options. On the Sunday evening prior to my Monday departure, I discovered that if I had turned to my right and walked two blocks, I would be at the bridge crossing the river into Triana.. I was able to walk along the river and listen to some street musicians.

The staf were very friendly and happy to help. The buffet selection at breakfast was excellent not just the variety but the quality as well. The location was great. Everything you needed to see or get to was walkable. The only downside and Im being picky was that the pool got very busy at times but if you can get into it then it was an ideal way to chill after a day of sightseeing.

An excellent hotel and ideally located for getting around the main tourist locations. Very friendly and helpful staff. What a brilliant view of the Cathedral and the city from the roof top bar. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Seville. It’s a brilliant city day and night.

Becquer Hotel is in a fantastic location—walkable to plenty of night dining spots and historic spots, which makes it perfect if you want to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes. The hospitality is excellent, with staff who are welcoming and always helpful. Breakfast is another highlight—delicious and plentiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
