On the second day of breakfast, we were asked to wait before being allowed into the restaurant, yet other guests continued to enter freely. When we questioned this, the staff stated that she could not control the situation. We requested to cancel breakfast and receive a refund but were refused. Only later were we finally able to have breakfast. The hotel also advertised limited on-site parking; however, none was available upon arrival. Moreover, the front entrance is not accessible by car, and guests are required to use a nearby public parking garage. In addition, the room lacked basic amenities such as a water boiler (electric kettle), which would have improved the overall stay.

The hotel is in the middle of the Bario Sante Fay. It is only acessable by walking 2 blocks from the nearest road. The location is great! Just a few blocks from the catherdal and Aklazar. Many great resturanats and shops are just out the door. The breakfast buffet was just OK.
