Real de la Carretería is one of our newest additions—and a real treat for travelers! Prime location, eclectic interior, top-notch amenities, and a cozy, home-away-from-home feel.
Traveling with your family? Stay close to your loved ones—we have three other apartments in this beautiful building.
It’s located in the Arenal neighborhood, a crossroads between the historic city center, the Guadalquivir River, the Santa Cruz neighborhood, and María Luisa Park. There’s something to see in every direction—north, south, east, and west!
We love Real de la Carretería’s bright and cheerful atmosphere (virtually every room enjoys natural light for many hours a day), as well as its spacious and functional layout, its clever design (every square meter put to good use), and its decorative details full of freshness and charm.
Our apartment has three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate six guests. The interior is characterized by a natural feel and a preference for timeless materials such as wood, stone, and organic fibers. The decor is eclectic and youthful, with geometric and colorful accents that draw the eye to the details.
From the entrance, you have access to the living area on the right and the sleeping area via a hallway on the left.
The living-dining room is bathed in sunlight through a spacious balcony facing the street and is divided into two areas: a relaxation and socializing area, equipped with two comfortable three-seater sofas, a coffee table, and two floor lamps; further inside is a dining table that seats six and a TV area.
Next is the fully equipped kitchen, with a minimalist and contemporary style, which blends seamlessly into the decor and the living room, following the distinctive graphic motif that characterizes the design. It remains separate from the living room via a serving hatch and a glass wall with paned sections, which lets in light and allows for an open connection with the living room. The perfect solution for cooking while keeping an eye on the kids, or for enjoying evenings with friends. The low wall by the serving hatch also doubles as a breakfast bar, and the hexagonal tile floor adds a uniquely original decorative touch.
Through a hallway, we reach the private area, where three bedrooms await. The master bedroom features a comfortable, spacious double bed. Instead of a traditional headboard, there’s a room divider made of wooden slats that splits the room in two, creating a small walk-in closet. It also has a full en suite bathroom. The decor is minimalist and organic—a restful stay is guaranteed!
Next are the second and third bedrooms, both of similar layout and each equipped with two plush single beds, a closet, and side tables to keep luggage and clothes perfectly organized. The decor here is warm and casual, natural, and features marine and botanical accents. They share a second full bathroom.
In this building, we have a total of 11 apartments that can accommodate a group of up to 58 people.
The Arenal neighborhood has become one of the city’s main hubs for enjoying Seville’s leisure activities and cuisine. During the day, it’s the perfect place for interesting cultural outings: a visit to the Reales Atarazanas, the Hospital de la Caridad, or the Teatro de la Maestranza, to name just a few options. Come noon, the neighborhood reveals its wide array of bars, small taverns, and restaurants, stretching from the Abastos Market to Avenida de la Constitución. Those who enjoy after-work drinks can have a drink in a sophisticated atmosphere near Plaza del Arenal, extend their evening with dinner at one of the many small restaurants in the area—some of which are flagship spots for Seville’s new tapas scene—and wrap up the night in the lively atmosphere of the bars along Paseo de Colón.
