Every staff member we worked with was wonderful. Location couldnt be better for walking to sites. The Mushrooms are right outside the hotel. Awesome to see the lights from the roof top pool at night. Pay attention to construction in area. You cannot park and drop off luggage. Parking garage is 10 minute walk from hotel. Taxi can get you a lot closer.

We were three couples visiting Seville and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, very modern, and perfectly located in the city center. What really stood out was the exceptional cleanliness especially the towels:) and how attentive and caring the staff were toward all guests. Breakfast was very enjoyable, and the rooftop area was absolutely lovely. We truly had a fantastic experience.

Breakfast buffet was handled by only two employees who were in charge of being host, refilling buffet, cleaning tables.. which translated into poor service and food area being not cared and dirty.
