Our ground floor, three bedroom beachfront apartment offers a gourmet kitchen, huge patio, 75' flat screen smart television with Sonus surround sound. Elegantly furnished for your air-conditioned comfort, the breathtaking view of Seven Mile Beach is your panorama.

FOR LARGER GROUPS, Our sister property VRBO/Homeaway #784598 directly next door can be rented as well!

Our spacious master bedroom offers beachfront views from your king-size bed just off of our 400 square foot patio. The bedroom also has a walk though closet to a stunning bathroom which offers a spacious double-sink vanity and features a walk-in shower area offering a 14' rain shower head coupled with six body shower heads and a hand and wall shower.

Our second guest suite bedroom is stunning in it's own right with its king size bed and a huge private bathroom offering a full size soaking tub and shower combination with quartz decking around the tub.

All bedrooms offer 40' flat screen smart televisions.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. We were 3 adults and 6 mo. baby. The property, accommodations, and the instructions and recommendations from John Ramsey, the host, were superb. Easy walk to restaurants but kitchen had all we needed for meal prep and a joy to be in. Outside beach area remained private. We were never disturbed relaxing on the patio. Sunsets- over the top!

Incredible property right on 7 mile beach. Perfect size for our family of 6. Loved that we were ground floor so we could walk out the door and be on the sand. Garage was filled with beach items including toys for our 2 yr old granddaughter. There was nothing we didn’t have available thanks to the owners thoughtfulness and planning. John was very responsive to our text messages and very accommodating when we requested a 1/2 hr extension to check out. We would definitely choose this beautiful property again for a future visit.

This place was amazing right on the beach. It is nice it was away from the main section of 7 mile beach so they're not a lot of people walking in front of the beach but mainly just guests that were staying there which made it like you had a secluded beach. John was an fantastic host keeping in constant communication and very accommodating with our needs. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again forsure!

This place is stunning with the ocean view as you walk into this beautiful condo. You couldn’t ask for a better location being right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee and ice cream shops. Very clean! Screened porch was perfect for dining, game time or simply relaxing with beautiful sunsets. Perfect spot for a family trip

The beach is right outside the back door, and the water is just a few steps further. The beach there is relatively quiet, and if you like snorkeling, there is sea life right off the beach. The condo itself is spacious, clean, well stocked, and well maintained, with plenty of space for hanging out both inside and on the screened porch.

Great Condo

Everything was perfect and owner easy to communicate with. Condo was well stocked with anything you would need. Close to and walkable to restaurants, big hotels, Camana Bay, and even to George Town. Would stay again.
